What happens when a luxury transportation company meets two financial frontrunners on the dodgeball court? A fierce competition featuring flying foam dodgeballs and a lot of dollars raised to fund better futures, that’s what. On Wednesday, May 3rd at 5 pm, locally renowned limousine company Boston Chauffeur, currently in the fundraising lead, will face off the partnership team of The Savings Bank and First Financial Trust. Both teams are long-standing supporters of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Stoneham & Wakefield, and eager to take to the court and dodge it out toward victory.
“Boston Chauffeur came out of the fundraising gate on fire” says Anthony Guardia, tournament Commissioner and Chief Development Officer. “They’re currently in first place for fundraising, but if I know anything about The Savings Bank and First Financial Trust, they’re going to give the livery service a run for their money,” he adds. “The organization is so honored to have their continued support and dedication of our Dodging for Dollars tournament, year after.”
With both teams setting their sights on a sweep, this match-up is one that spectators won’t want to miss. For the full Dodging Through the Decades tournament schedule, visit BGCDodgeball.com.
